We will work on acrobatic foundations of handstand and tumbling, while engaging in a fun, playful environment. Every class will include strengthening basic shapes like hollow body and plank, and working on fundamental skills such as cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls.

We will build the fundamentals of handstands in this class. We will cover techniques of mat acrobatics, build strength and flexibility and begin to focus these skills toward partner acro. Prerequisite: Acro Gymnastics 1 and 2, or by instructor permission.

This class pairs with and compliments every discipline at UMO School. By using the body as resistance, students will be guided in building strength, endurance, flexibility, and conditioning. We encourage all age-appropriate students to add this class to their schedule.
